Thank you Kevin Bates for these amazing pictures, Kevin has been diving in the Campbell River area for at least the 25 years I have known him, although he does not proclaim himself as a professional photographer, these pictures are beyond a doubt National Geographic Quality.

How we are promoting Campbell River with this slide show:

a.  The show has been forwarded to Tourism BC’s media department in the event that they can use some of the images, it is understood that anytime the images are used the Kevin andGoCampbellRiver.com will also receive credit.

b.  We have also forwarded them onto Tourism Vancouver Island with the same promotion in mind.

c.  We are offering to any operators in the area from hotels to restaurants that if they would like to use the slide show on their website to present to their visitors they are welcome to do so, the more companies that do this the more exposure our entire city receives so have at er!

d.  The show has been submitted to You-tube and will be submitted to www.slideshare.com in the near future.

e.  It has been and will continue to be submitted to any blog or website that we can find that highlights diving, in particular cold water diving, the more exposure we receive on this the higher the rankings on you-tube will be.  The show has already been requested to be adapted by Divesafe International and Dive BC thanked us for the opportunity although I do not know at this stage if they have adopted it on their site.

f.  It has been pasted all over our facebook (once I figured out how to do this) and we have tweeted it a few times.

g.  Our next step is to solicit more blogs on diving in the hopes that on an ongoing basis more publishers will pick it up, and we will be submitting it to PR News which is an on line news wire service in the near future. So that we can gain as much mileage out of it as possible.
